Jeffery Wayne Dennison

Jeffery Wayne Dennison, age 64, of Waldorf, Maryland, passed away on January 24, 2026, surrounded by his family.  Jeff was born on November 21, 1961, in Washington D.C. to Wayne and Margaret (Trunnell) Dennison. He attended Thomas Stone High School (1979) and went on to a career in masonry and later as a tax accountant. Jeff was the owner of Professional Tax Service of Waldorf and served over 800 clients. 

Jeff was known for his great love for his children, grandchildren, and his animals. He enjoyed visiting local historical sites, taking day trips to nearby states, attending his children and grandchildren's events and ceremonies, and going out to eat. He loved to joke around about his favorite meal of meatloaf! His favorite places were early morning meals at Marie’s Diner in LaPlata and Rucci’s in White Plains, among other local places. 

He is survived by his siblings Patricia “Patti” Dennison Tumas, Penny Dennison Carlson (Steve), Joani Dennison Colón (Jason); children Craig Dennison and Bryant Dennison (Lori); stepchild Angela "Angie" White (Eric), and grandchildren Kellen, Evan, Lydia, and Abigail Dennison. He was preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Margaret Dennison and wife Edith "Edie" Dennison.

Services will be private at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Senior Dog Sanctuary in Severn, Maryland.
